Construction
Corporate sites for contractors, and scans and walkthroughs of buildings and land before anyone flies in.
Definition
For construction companies we build the public website. For buildings and plots that have to be shown before a visit, we build 3D scans, aerial panoramas and walkthroughs from plans.

In depth
What we have shipped for contractors, and the visualisation that sits next to it.

A 3D mesh of a building with a dollhouse view, a walkthrough and measurements. We use a Matterport-style scan when buyers or contractors need dimensions, not only atmosphere. The house scan demo is the format.
Drone panoramas of land parcels, plots and grounds, with boundaries, access and landmarks marked as hotspots. Owners add their own remarks and pinpoints after delivery. Useful when the asset is a plot, not a finished building.

A 3D rendered walkthrough is built from plans and models. That is what an off-plan project needs before construction, when there is no building to photograph. We help you choose between a photo tour, a scan and a rendered walkthrough.
We quote per project, within one working day, once the scope is clear. These are the variables that move it.
For construction companies we build the public website. For buildings and plots that have to be shown before a visit, we build 3D scans, aerial panoramas and walkthroughs from plans. Al Bayt Qatar's site presents a construction and real estate group in Doha. IMG Construction's site presents a contractor operating in Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea. Both were built and are maintained from Byblos.
A marketing site and a site visualisation are different jobs, and most contractors need one of them first. The website is server-rendered Next.js with the SEO foundations built in, in the company's name, on their domain. The visualisation is how a buyer, an investor or a site manager inspects a building or a plot without travelling: a Matterport-style scan when the building exists and dimensions matter, a drone panorama for land, a rendered walkthrough when the project is not built yet.
On-site 360° capture is across Lebanon. Work for Doha, Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea is the website and the remote delivery model we already use for the Gulf and West Africa. Dubai sits one hour ahead of Lebanon in summer and two in winter, so a Gulf afternoon is still inside the studio day.

FAQ
Yes. Al Bayt Qatar is a construction and real estate company in Doha, and IMG Construction operates in Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea. Both run on sites we built in Next.js from Byblos. You own the repository.
Yes, as a 3D walkthrough from plans and models. A photo tour needs a real space. A Matterport-style scan needs a built interior and is the one that carries measurements. We say which of the three fits the site you have.
On-site 360° capture is across Lebanon. Websites for contractors in Qatar and West Africa are delivered remotely, which is how Al Bayt and IMG were built. If a Gulf or African site needs a crew on the ground, we say so before the quote.
Construction pages are for the contractor: the company site, and scans or walkthroughs used to explain a building or a plot. Real estate pages are for the developer or agent selling a villa, a flat or land to a buyer who is not in the country. Al Bayt sits in both, because the company does construction and real estate.
Whether you need a website, a scan, a drone preview, a rendered walkthrough, or a combination. The number of buildings and plots moves it, and so does language and CMS. We quote within one working day. We do not publish a rate card.
Send the company, the project and whether it is built yet. We reply within one working day.
