1. Fixed scope or retainer. Most projects are fixed scope: a written deliverable list, a timeline and a price agreed before work starts. Ongoing work such as AR menu updates, AI tuning or site support runs on a monthly agreement you can stop.
2. What a quote includes. The scope, the deliverables, the timeline, what changes the price, and the hosting and support terms. We reply within one working day of receiving your brief, floor plan or product list.
3. Live before launch. You review on a staging link on your own phone. Tours, AR scenes and apps are tested on real devices in Lebanon before they go live.
4. You own the result. Code, repositories and hosting accounts are in your name. Tours and AR experiences stay online for as long as the hosting term runs, on your domain or ours.

We quote per project, within one working day, once the scope is clear. These are the variables that move it.

We build the learning product itself: progressive web apps for schools and EdTech startups, with AI that writes the study plan and the assessment, and admin roles the school controls. Questa Education and Edu4All are the live platforms. Both install from the browser, with no app store.

Questa is an AI learning platform: personalised study plans and auto-generated assessments, as a progressive web app. Edu4All is the school-side PWA: phone verification, a one-device lock, and role-based admin for the people who run it. The chatbot demo is the tutor pattern, a customisable assistant for tutoring, onboarding and support, in the same browser.

Security is part of the build, not a later pass. Phone verification, device locks, role-based admin and a cybersecurity review before launch are how these platforms ship. You own the code. A class set of phones does not need an app-store account to get the update, because a PWA updates when we deploy.

Yes, as progressive web apps. Questa Education and Edu4All are the live ones. They install from the browser, send the updates when we deploy, and do not depend on an app store. Native is a different scope, and we say so if a project actually needs it.

Personalised study plans and auto-generated assessments, inside the learning platform. It is part of the product the student uses, not a separate chat window with no access to the course.

Edu4All ships with phone verification, a one-device lock and role-based admin, so a school can separate students, teachers and administrators. A cybersecurity review is part of launch. You own the repository.

Yes. AI features inside an existing product are a service line of their own: a chatbot or tutor over your materials, in the languages you teach in. The chatbot demo shows the pattern for tutoring and onboarding.

Whether we are building the platform or adding AI to one you have, how many roles the admin has to enforce, and the security requirements. Languages move it too. We quote within one working day of a description of the student and the teacher flows. No public price list.
