Event activations
Browser AR, interactive 3D and venue tours for launches and event companies. Guests install nothing.
Definition

In depth
Five things we ship for events and the companies that produce them.
Time-limited augmented reality for launches, festivals and print on site. A guest scans a QR code, or a poster we have registered, and the piece opens in the mobile browser. Markerless pieces need a flat surface and light. Image-tracked pieces need the printed design registered in advance, and a new print needs re-registration. Nothing is installed. The banner demo and the face-paint demo open on a phone. Geo AR, with 3D locked to the ground or the sky, is on video.

A figure, mascot or object the visitor can orbit, pose and configure, built with Three.js and running in the page. The interactive figure demo was made for an event site. The same approach covers product reveals and branded characters that have to work on a phone at the venue.
Stitched panoramas of ballrooms, dining rooms and event spaces, with the menu, table layout or a booking link inside the tour. Babelmina restaurant and the Orizon venue in Byblos use tours so someone planning a dinner, a wedding or a corporate event can see the room before they reserve it. The same panoramas can be exported for a Google Business Profile.

The public site, plus a CMS the team actually uses. Fly Event Management publishes its own events and services through a CMS we built. The company operates in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The site is server-rendered Next.js, and the repository is theirs.
A printed card that opens a 3D showcase in the browser: work, a video, links and a one-tap contact download. Event and marketing agencies use it when a paper card has to carry more than a phone number, and the showcase can be updated without reprinting the card.

We quote per project, within one working day, once the scope is clear. These are the variables that move it.
We build the technology layer of an event: WebAR and interactive 3D that open in the browser, 360° tours of the venue, and the website and CMS the organiser publishes from. A guest scans a QR code or opens a link. There is no app store and nothing to install, which is the difference between a piece people actually use on the night and one they skip.
The same stack serves a one-night launch and an events company that runs all year. Fly Event Management, which operates across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, runs on a site and custom CMS we built, so their team publishes events and services without waiting on us. Orizon in Byblos uses a 360° tour of its ballrooms, event spaces and guest houses, with the menu inside the tour, for people planning a wedding or a corporate event. The interactive 3D figure demo was built for an event site: a character the visitor can pose and dress, running in Three.js.
Marketing and event agencies also bring us in for the AR, 3D or tour piece of their own client work. We can deliver under your brand or be introduced as the technical partner. Either way you keep the client relationship.

FAQ
The pieces a guest actually uses at a launch, a venue or on an event company's site. For us that is WebAR from a QR code, interactive 3D in the browser, a 360° tour of the room, and the website or CMS the organiser publishes from. It is not ticketing software and not a native event app.
No. WebAR, the 3D pieces and the venue tours open in the mobile browser from a link or a QR code. Asking someone to install an app at the door is how these pieces get skipped, so we do not build them that way.
Yes. Fly Event Management's site and CMS are the live example: an events company operating in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar publishes its own events and services. You own the repository. We host and support it for as long as you want us to.
Yes. Marketing and event agencies in Lebanon and the Gulf bring us in for the AR, 3D or tour part of their own client work. We can deliver under your brand and stay invisible to the end client, or be introduced as the technical partner. You keep the relationship.
The scope. A single WebAR piece for a launch is a different project from a venue tour plus a website and CMS. The number of scenes, markers and languages moves it, and so does whether we capture on site in Lebanon or deliver remotely for a client in the Gulf. We quote within one working day of the brief. We do not publish a price list.
Tell us the venue, the date and what the guest should see. We reply within one working day.
