Ground 360° photo tours

Interior and exterior panoramas stitched into linked scenes with a floor-plan style navigation. This is the format behind the Cadmus, Hiram and Ashmun guest-house tours in Byblos and the Babelmina restaurant tour.

Aerial 360° land and property previews

Drone panoramas of land parcels, plots and villa grounds, with plot boundaries, access roads and nearby landmarks marked as hotspots. Landowners and agents add their own remarks and pinpoints after delivery.

Matterport-style 3D scans

A 3D mesh of the building with a dollhouse view, walkthrough and measurements. We use it when buyers or contractors need dimensions, not only atmosphere.

A branded start screen, your logo, a preview image for shared links, hosting on your domain or a moondev.solutions subdomain, an embed snippet for your website and 360° panoramas exported in the format Google Business Profile accepts.

Who uses it

Five industries commission most of our tours. Each has a live Lebanese example you can open.

Real estate: land, apartments, villas and off-plan projects

Developers and agents use tours to sell to buyers who are not in the country, including the Lebanese diaspora in the Gulf. The Sebaaly villa apartment and the BSO Mouhaidathe 50 project show finished units at full scale; flat and land previews let an agent add prices and remarks per listing. For units that are not built yet we pair the tour with a 3D web viewer.

Hotels and guest houses

Three Byblos guest houses, Cadmus, Hiram and Ashmun, run tours we captured and host on one subdomain. Guests see the actual room, the terrace and the view before booking, and a booking or WhatsApp button sits inside the tour. Rooms, pool, restaurant and views fit in one experience.

Restaurants and event venues

Babelmina restaurant and the Orizon venue use tours to show the space to people planning a dinner, a wedding or a corporate event. The same panoramas can be published to your Google Business Profile so the tour appears on your Google Maps listing, and the venue's menu or table layout sits in the tour. Restaurants often pair it with our AR menu.

Museums and heritage sites

The Memory of Time museum tour lets visitors anywhere explore the exhibitions, with room for narration, artefact labels and Arabic, English and French text. The same approach digitises archaeological sites, galleries and school or university campuses.

Municipalities and tourism boards

For Byblos Municipality we built Hello Byblos, the city's digital tourism map. Tours of landmarks, souks and public spaces plug into that kind of platform, and institutional partners such as UNICEF, AUF and the Lebanese University have worked with us on digital projects.

360° virtual tours that let people walk through your space before they arrive. We capture on site in Byblos, Beirut and across Lebanon, build the interactive layer and host the tour. It opens from a link, a QR code or a WhatsApp message on any phone. No app needed.

Unlike a video, the visitor chooses where to look and where to go. Unlike a 3D render, it shows the property exactly as it is. MoonDev has produced 12 live tours in Lebanon: three guest houses in Byblos, a restaurant, a wedding venue, a museum, a villa, an off-plan apartment block and land parcels seen from the air.

What sets our tours apart is the layer on top of the panorama. Developers pin unit prices and floor plans to the scene. Restaurants embed the menu. Museums add narration. Agents drop remarks and data points that buyers can read. The tour opens in under three seconds on mobile, carries your branding and its own preview image for WhatsApp and Instagram, and lives on your domain or a moondev.solutions subdomain for as long as you need it.

We do three kinds of capture. Ground-level 360° photography for interiors, gardens and terraces. Aerial 360° from a drone for land, plots and building exteriors. And Matterport-style 3D scans when a buyer needs a dollhouse view and measurements. Questions

How much does a 360° virtual tour cost in Lebanon?

The price depends on the number of scenes, whether drone capture is needed, the interactive layers you want (menus, floor plans, prices, booking links) and the hosting term. A single guest house or apartment is a small job; a multi-building venue or a museum is scoped as a package. Send floor plans or a few photos and we reply with a fixed quote within one working day.

How long does it take to make a virtual tour?

Most properties in Lebanon are captured in one site visit, and the first preview follows within days of the shoot. Larger sites such as venues with several halls or a museum with many rooms are captured and released in stages. Revisions happen on the preview link before launch.

Do visitors need an app or a VR headset to view a 360° tour?

No. The tour opens in the phone or desktop browser from a link, a QR code or a WhatsApp message, with nothing to install. A VR headset is optional: the same tour can be viewed in a headset's browser, but every tour we build is designed for a phone first.

Can the tour be embedded on my website, Instagram and Google Business Profile?

Yes. Your website gets an embed snippet or a button that opens the tour. Instagram does not embed tours, so you share the link in your bio, stories or a message and it opens with a proper preview image. For Google Business Profile we export the 360° panoramas in the format Google accepts, so the same shoot appears on your Google Maps listing.

What is the difference between a 360° tour, a Matterport scan and a 3D rendered walkthrough?

A 360° tour is stitched photographs of the real space that you look around in; it is the fastest to produce and shows the property as it is. A Matterport scan adds a 3D mesh, so the visitor gets a dollhouse view and measurements. A 3D rendered walkthrough is built from plans and models, which is what off-plan projects need before construction. We deliver all three and help you pick the right one.

Do you do drone or aerial 360° tours for land?

Yes. For land parcels, plots and villas with grounds we fly a drone and stitch aerial panoramas, then mark boundaries, access roads and landmarks as hotspots. Our land and house previews on this page are examples. Flights follow local regulations, and we tell you upfront if a location cannot be flown.

Which areas in Lebanon do you cover?

We are based in Byblos (Jbeil) and shoot across Lebanon: Beirut, Jounieh, Batroun, Mount Lebanon and the North are regular trips, and we travel further for larger projects. For clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar we build 3D rendered walkthroughs remotely and arrange capture on request.

Can guests book or order from inside the tour?

Yes. A hotspot can open your booking engine, a WhatsApp chat, a phone call or a reservation form, and a restaurant tour can carry the menu inside it. For ordering at the table we pair the tour with the 4D Smart Menu, our AR restaurant menu, so the same venue is covered before and during the visit.
