Real estate

Real estate and developers

360° walkthroughs of villas, flats and land, so a buyer can inspect the property before flying in.

What we build for real estate

We capture the property and publish a tour a buyer can open on their phone: finished villas and apartments, drone previews of land, and 3D viewers for units that are not built yet.

What we do

The formats developers and agents commission, each with a live example.

Tours of finished villas and apartments

Interior and exterior panoramas linked together, so a buyer walks the unit at full scale. The Sebaaly villa apartment and BSO Mouhaidathe 50 are the live examples for BSO. Hotspots carry remarks, data points and the details an agent would otherwise explain on a call.

Listing previews with the agent's own notes

A 360° flat preview for a Lebanese listing, with remarks and data points the agent adds. The same pattern covers a single apartment a broker needs online this week, not only a whole development.

Live: Flat 360 Preview

Aerial land previews

Drone panoramas of plots and villa grounds, with boundaries, access roads and landmarks marked. Landowners and agents add their own remarks after delivery. A house preview can combine aerial and ground scenes in one tour.

Scans and off-plan viewers

A Matterport-style scan when the buyer or the contractor needs measurements and a dollhouse view. A 3D web viewer when the unit is not built yet and photographs do not exist. The two sit next to the photo tour rather than replacing it.

How the work runs

  1. Fixed scope or retainer. Most projects are fixed scope: a written deliverable list, a timeline and a price agreed before work starts. Ongoing work such as AR menu updates, AI tuning or site support runs on a monthly agreement you can stop.
  2. What a quote includes. The scope, the deliverables, the timeline, what changes the price, and the hosting and support terms. We reply within one working day of receiving your brief, floor plan or product list.
  3. Live before launch. You review on a staging link on your own phone. Tours, AR scenes and apps are tested on real devices in Lebanon before they go live.
  4. You own the result. Code, repositories and hosting accounts are in your name. Tours and AR experiences stay online for as long as the hosting term runs, on your domain or ours.

What affects the price

We quote per project, within one working day, once the scope is clear. These are the variables that move it.

  • How many units, floors and exterior scenes
  • Ground capture, drone, or both
  • A photo tour, a measured scan, or a rendered walkthrough from plans
  • Hotspots, floor plans, prices and a booking or WhatsApp button
  • Arabic and English, and where it is hosted

Full overview

We capture the property and publish a tour a buyer can open on their phone: finished villas and apartments, drone previews of land, and 3D viewers for units that are not built yet. Developers and agents use this to sell to people who are not in the country, including the Lebanese diaspora in the Gulf.

The Sebaaly villa apartment and BSO Mouhaidathe 50 show finished units at full scale, with interiors, details and panoramic views. Flat and land previews let an agent add prices, remarks and pinpoints per listing after we deliver. A drone panorama covers the plot, the access and the surroundings when the asset is land rather than a room.

Three formats, and we help you pick. A 360° tour is stitched photographs of the real space. A Matterport-style scan adds a 3D mesh, a dollhouse view and measurements. A rendered walkthrough is built from plans, which is what an off-plan unit needs before construction. Hosting is on your domain or a moondev.solutions subdomain, with a preview image that looks right when the link is shared on WhatsApp.

FAQ

Questions

Can a buyer abroad tour a property in Lebanon?

Yes. The tour opens in the browser on their phone, with nothing to install. Developers and agents use it for buyers who are not in the country, including the Lebanese diaspora in the Gulf. The Sebaaly villa and BSO Mouhaidathe 50 are live examples.

What is the difference between a 360° tour, a scan and a 3D walkthrough?

A 360° tour is photographs of the real space and is the fastest way to show a finished property. A Matterport-style scan adds a dollhouse and measurements. A rendered walkthrough is built from plans, for units that are not built yet. We deliver all three.

Can our agents add prices and remarks themselves?

Yes on the listing and land previews. We deliver the tour with pinpoints the owner or the agent can edit: prices, remarks and notes per scene. You do not send every text change back to us.

Do you photograph properties outside Lebanon?

On-site capture is across Lebanon. For a development in the Gulf we can still build the listing website, embed a tour your team captured, or produce a rendered walkthrough from plans. We say which part needs someone on site before we quote.

What affects the price of a property tour?

The number of units and scenes, whether we fly a drone, and whether you need a scan or an off-plan render as well as photos. Hotspots, languages and hosting move it too. We quote within one working day of the floor plan or the address. No public price list.
