What we do

The site, the CMS, and the two add-ons companies actually ask for.

Corporate and industrial websites

Marketing sites with the SEO foundations built in. Cryospec supplies specialty gases across MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa and runs on a site we built. Al Bayt Qatar and IMG Construction are the contractor sites, covered on the construction page. You own the code.

A CMS the team will use

Fly Event Management publishes events and services through a CMS we built, without sending every change back to the studio. Edu4All's role-based admin is the same idea for a product with more than one kind of user. The CMS is part of the site, not a separate login nobody opens.

AR business cards

A printed card that opens a 3D showcase: work, a video, links and a contact download. For people who meet a lot of clients and do not want to reprint the card every time the showcase changes.

Intake on the site and WhatsApp

Chatbots for intake and support, in Arabic and English, on the website and on WhatsApp. The right scope is one process done properly. The chatbot demo is the pattern for support and onboarding, not a claim that every corporate site has one.

How the work runs

  1. Fixed scope or retainer. Most projects are fixed scope: a written deliverable list, a timeline and a price agreed before work starts. Ongoing work such as AR menu updates, AI tuning or site support runs on a monthly agreement you can stop.
  2. What a quote includes. The scope, the deliverables, the timeline, what changes the price, and the hosting and support terms. We reply within one working day of receiving your brief, floor plan or product list.
  3. Live before launch. You review on a staging link on your own phone. Tours, AR scenes and apps are tested on real devices in Lebanon before they go live.
  4. You own the result. Code, repositories and hosting accounts are in your name. Tours and AR experiences stay online for as long as the hosting term runs, on your domain or ours.

What affects the price

We quote per project, within one working day, once the scope is clear. These are the variables that move it.

  • A brochure site versus a CMS with roles
  • Languages and the number of sections the team will edit
  • Add-ons: AR card, chatbot, a tour embedded in the page
  • Remote delivery for the Gulf and Africa, which is how these sites already ship
  • Hosting, monitoring and whether you want us on a monthly agreement afterwards

Full overview

We build the company's public site and the CMS behind it: server-rendered Next.js, in your name, for teams in Lebanon, the Gulf and Africa. Cryospec, a specialty-gas supplier serving MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa, is the industrial example. The same team builds the site a contractor or an events company needs. Those two have their own pages.

The sites are fast because they are server-rendered, and the SEO foundations are part of the build rather than a plugin added later. Cryospec's site presents an industrial supplier to buyers across MENA and Africa. Fly Event Management's CMS is the publishing pattern: the team adds events and services themselves. Al Bayt Qatar and IMG Construction are the construction-company versions of the same website work.

When the brief is more than a brochure, we add the piece that belongs on the site. An AR business card for a team that meets clients. A chatbot on the site and on WhatsApp, in Arabic and English, for intake and support. Security review before launch, and the repository in your name. Offshore teams for product companies outside Lebanon are a separate service line.

FAQ

Questions

Do you build corporate websites for companies outside Lebanon?

Yes. Cryospec serves MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa. Fly Event Management operates in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Al Bayt is in Doha, IMG Construction in Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea. The studio is in Byblos. The sites are delivered remotely, in English, on European and Gulf hours.

Can our team publish pages without calling you?

Yes, when the scope includes a CMS. Fly Event Management publishes its own events and services that way. A site with no CMS is a different, smaller project. We say which one you are buying before the quote.

Do we own the website?

Yes. The repository and the hosting accounts are in your name. We host, monitor and support for as long as you want us to, on a monthly agreement you can stop. The code is not held hostage to the relationship.

Can you add a chatbot or an AR card to the site?

Yes. Intake and support chatbots run on the site and on WhatsApp, in Arabic and English. An AR business card is a printed card that opens a 3D showcase. Both are add-ons to the website, scoped on their own so a brochure site does not inherit them by default.

What affects the price of a company site?

How many pages, whether the team needs a CMS, how many languages, and which add-ons are in scope. A five-page industrial site and a CMS with roles are not the same quote. We reply within one working day of the brief. We do not publish prices.
