Sales internship Lebanon

A named seat in a real B2B sales machine — queue, scripts, AI briefs and a path to setter. Not coffee runs.

Definition

What is this internship?

You learn modern sales by running a slice of a live outbound pipeline — research, outreach, meetings and deals — inside software built for that machine, selling for MoonDev and external brands.

Why this internship is different

Most sales internships give Slack, a spreadsheet and a cold list with no feedback loop. This one puts you in a production sales ERP with lead statuses, a personal queue, outreach log, meetings, deals, scripts and commissions — not a toy Notion board.

  • Career ladder in the org. Intern → Setter → Closer, with Account Manager / Sales Manager above — not “intern forever.”
  • AI as co-pilot. Enrich leads and read briefs; humans still call, book and close. That human-in-the-loop skill is what employers want.
  • Multi-brand exposure. Same process across different ICPs, offers and ticket bands so you do not learn only one pitch.
  • Money literacy. Contribution can be attributed; when a deal you helped create is paid, intern commission rules can apply. Logging and stage moves make progress measurable.

Day-to-day work

You receive an assigned queue (distributed with setters for equal load). You research and contribute companies, work early stages from raw through outreach to meeting booked, and see what happens after.

  1. Clear My Queue — your personal book of work, not the full lead-ops pool.
  2. Enrich before you touch — AI briefings, then human judgment and notes.
  3. Outreach with a script — open, qualify, handle objections, frame the offer, CTA.
  4. Log the truth — drop, nurture / follow-up, or book meeting.
  5. Hand off cleanly — research and outreach history feed the closer brief.

You can browse meetings, deals, proposals, clients, scripts and commissions to learn the rest of the machine even where write access is limited.

What you will learn

Skills map to what SDR/BDR and GTM teams hire for — full-funnel craft plus systems discipline.

  • Core B2B craft. Acquire → research → outreach → meeting → close → onboard → commission. Setter vs closer work, and how intern work feeds both. When to drop, nurture or book under a real status model. Lost-reason thinking (competitor, price, timing, no need, no response).
  • Sales ops. System of record over DMs. ICP thinking. Principals, offers and ticket bands. Lead sources (maps, scrape, CSV, inbound, ads, pool) and how messaging changes. Pipeline hygiene: assigned ≤ owned; logged ≤ remembered; paid ≠ “they said yes on the call.”
  • AI-augmented selling. Use enrichment as a briefing layer; verify and personalize; do not parrot nonsense. See drafts for briefs and proposals while humans own the relationship.
  • Habits & money. Structured logging, clean hand-offs, daily cadence. How revenue attribution works across contributor / setter / closer / manager. Post-sale existence: clients and onboarding — sales does not end at yes.

Learning journey

  1. Week 0–1 — Orientation. Funnel language, statuses, scripts, My Queue, enrich-before-outreach, how to log attempts.
  2. Phase 1 — Research & contribution. Build and qualify companies, run enrichment, write human notes on top of AI, learn ICP fit vs noise.
  3. Phase 2 — Outreach ownership. Own an assigned book; open / qualify / object / CTA; log drop vs follow-up vs book; run short nurture sequences.
  4. Phase 3 — Meeting machine. Book meetings that create cleaner closer briefs; observe how meetings become deals, proposals and paid clients.
  5. Phase 4 — Full-funnel literacy. Read deals, proposals, client onboarding and commissions; see what “good” looks like after the meeting.
  6. Exit / promote. Strong interns move toward Setter; exceptional ones aim at closing later — same software, next role.

Who this is for

For: students and early-career people targeting B2B sales, business development, SDR/BDR or GTM; people who prefer CRM structure over winging it; people curious about AI in sales without wanting a pure tech internship; anyone comfortable with outbound (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) and hungry for measurable progress.

Not for: passive observers only; people who refuse logging and process; people seeking pure marketing creative work with no pipeline ownership.

Looking for engineering instead? Take the coding challenge internship. Meet the studio on the about page, or see how we build web platforms like the tools you will use.

Outcomes you can claim

Interns who complete the path leave able to:

  1. Explain a B2B sales funnel with precise status language.
  2. Research a company, judge ICP fit and prepare a usable talk track.
  3. Run structured outreach with logged outcomes and follow-ups.
  4. Book meetings that hand closers a usable brief.
  5. Work inside a modern sales OS (queue, scripts, enrichment, pipeline).
  6. Talk about AI-assisted selling without claiming AI replaces reps.
  7. Understand how commissions and role attribution work.
  8. Decide, with evidence, whether they want to become a setter or closer.

We do not guarantee salary amounts, closed revenue or promotion. Contribution commission applies only when deals are paid under the rules in the system.

FAQ

Sales internship questions

Role, pay, day-to-day, experience, promotion, location and AI.

Is this a real sales role or only observation?

It is a named Intern seat in MoonDev's sales operating system. You get an assigned lead queue, log outreach outcomes, use AI enrichment briefs, and work toward booking meetings — not shadowing with a notebook. You do not run the full lead pool or set commission rules; you learn operator sales with human judgment.

Is the sales internship paid in Lebanon?

Compensation and start date are confirmed when you are offered a seat. Interns are eligible for rules-based commission when a deal they contributed to closes and is paid; we do not publish fixed salary or commission guarantees on this page. Ask on WhatsApp or email if you need clarity before applying.

What will I do day to day as a sales intern?

Clear your personal queue, enrich leads with AI then add human notes, run structured outreach from versioned scripts, log drop / nurture / book, and hand meetings cleanly to closers. You see meetings, deals, proposals, scripts and commissions so you learn the full funnel, not only dials.

Do I need prior sales experience?

No. We look for students and early-career people aiming at B2B sales, BD, SDR/BDR or GTM who like structure (CRM, scripts, checklists) and are willing to do outbound. It is not a fit if you only want passive observation or refuse logging and process.

Can I become a setter or closer after the internship?

Strong interns can move toward Setter (book for closers) inside the same software, with higher commission bands. Exceptional performers can aim at closing later. Promotion is performance-based; it is not guaranteed on day one.

Is the sales internship remote or in Byblos?

MoonDev is based in Byblos, Lebanon. Hybrid and remote arrangements depend on the cohort and how the sales team is running at the time. Confirm location when you apply via WhatsApp or info@moondev.solutions.

How is AI used in this sales internship?

AI is a co-pilot: you enrich leads for company background, pains and talk tracks, then verify and personalize before outreach. Humans still call, book and close. The platform does not autonomously blast email or WhatsApp on your behalf.
